Do website prices include VAT?
No. Published guide prices exclude VAT. The scope and price are confirmed before work begins.
Can I send photos?
Yes. Photos are useful for initial scoping where safe to take, but they do not replace inspection or electrical testing.
Do you work with landlords and businesses?
Yes. Dedicated landlord, commercial, PAT and testing/maintenance pages are available through the Services menu.
