At AVAG Electrical Services, we want professional electrical work to remain accessible to customers who may benefit from a little extra support.
We offer a Community Discount for customers aged 65+ and disabled customers on qualifying electrical work at the home where the eligible customer normally lives. A family member, carer or representative is welcome to arrange or pay for the work on their behalf. The discount is not intended for rental, investment or landlord-managed properties.

Jobs below £150 do not qualify for the Community Discount.
The qualifying customer must normally live at the address where the electrical work is being completed. The discount applies to the customer as a resident, not to property held or managed as a rental or investment.

A relative, friend or carer can book the appointment and make payment on behalf of the qualifying customer.
The discount does not apply where an eligible person is simply visiting the property or has been asked to be present solely for the purpose of obtaining the discount. It also does not apply to work at a rental, investment or landlord-managed property, even if the landlord personally meets the age or disability criteria. If that landlord books qualifying work at the home where they personally live, normal eligibility can still apply.
We may ask for reasonable proof of eligibility and/or residence. You will not be asked to provide every document listed.
Documents are used only to confirm eligibility. AVAG Electrical Services does not normally need to retain copies.
We will confirm the applicable saving with your quotation.
